- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring effective implementation and functionality of our products.
- Offer technical assistance to field service engineers and customers as needed.
- Evaluate and establish performance specifications for vision system products.
- Manage projects and documentation specific to customer requirements, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.

- A Diploma in an engineering discipline, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge in field servicing, particularly within the semiconductor industry.
- Specific knowledge of Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter technologies is highly preferred.
- The capability to troubleshoot electronic hardware systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
