Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Distributor
- Position Title: Production Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Joo Koon) – Walking distance to the company
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain production records, including material stock records.
- Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and outgoing documents with the warehouse and QC departments.
- Assist QC by printing and filing Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Globally Harmonized System (GHS) Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Coordinate delivery orders from customer service officers, collect delivery orders from drivers, and organize them.
- Collect delivery tickets from drivers and file them accordingly.
- Prepare regular inventory lists of goods using the SAP system.
- Oversee goods receiving and update records in the SAP system.
- Create manufacturing orders and batch reports for specific customers.
- Print product labels and manage all product label templates.
