- Position Title: Customer Service Representative/Executive
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with international and domestic customers via telephone and email.
- Provide accurate pricing and delivery information.
- Enter and manage customer orders using ERP systems.
- Follow up on and expedite orders and shipments.
- Promote the sale of service parts.
- Handle the processing of all domestic and international credits and manage outstanding non-receivable parts.
- Coordinate repair orders with customers and liaise closely with our U.S. head office.
- Process invoice billings for the parts department.
- Manage replenishments for the off-site warehouse.
- Respond to all incoming domestic and international emails for price quotes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or the Service Parts Manager.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
