Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the stainless steel and metal equipment fabrication industry, focusing on commercial kitchen solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the foodservice industry, such as restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and other commercial kitchen operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote stainless steel and metal equipment for commercial kitchens.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial kitchen operators, contractors, and designers.
    Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase fabrication capabilities.
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
  2. Market Research & Lead Generation:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
    Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and maintaining a robust database of prospects.
    Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings and services to meet their requirements.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams to provide custom solutions for clients.
  4. Marketing & Branding:Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote the company’s services and products.
    Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
    Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogs, and sales presentations, to support sales efforts.
    Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
  5. Product Knowledge & Training:Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s metal equipment fabrication processes, materials, and technical specifications.
    Provide training and support to the sales team, helping them understand product features and selling points.
    Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in commercial kitchen equipment.
  6. Reporting & Performance Metrics:Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.
    Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketing campaign effectiveness to continually optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or commercial kitchen equipment industries.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Marketing Expertise: Ability to create and implement marketing strategies, with experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of stainless steel and metal fabrication processes and products is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet technical and budgetary requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with design, fabrication, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits as required.
