Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
- Position Title: 3-month Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2600
- Duration: 3 months contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
- Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
- Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Handle staff reimbursements.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed.
- File and scan documents.
- Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

- Min. ITE in Accountancy
- Min. of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Autocount is a plus
- Able to start work on short notice
