We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Retail Engagement & Social Media Strategy Specialist to join our team. This unique role blends the responsibilities of a social media strategist with hands-on retail operations, offering the perfect balance between in-store customer interaction and online brand presence management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic.
    Curate, create, and manage compelling content for all social media platforms, aligning with brand tone and values.
    Analyze social media trends, metrics, and audience insights to optimize content performance and engagement.
    Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotions, events, and influencer partnerships that enhance both online and in-store experiences.
    Monitor social media interactions, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community to foster relationships and drive loyalty.
  2. Retail Store Assistance:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and in-store experiences.
    Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
    Assist in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
    Support in-store promotions, sales events, and product launches, ensuring a seamless customer experience from online to offline.
    Collaborate with store management to align social media efforts with in-store goals and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a retail or customer-centric environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling and engagement.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both digital and physical spaces.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail and social media innovation.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and enjoys crafting engaging digital content while being involved in the day-to-day operations of a retail store.
