- Industry/ Organization Type: Container Trucking Service Provider
- Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
- Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Little India)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations for import and export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Monitor shipments and ensure receipt of shipping documents.
- Liaise with shipping lines and forwarders for container bookings and vessel schedule checks.
- Perform data entry using the in-house system.
- Coordinate with transporters for container trucking arrangements.
- Submit inward lists to barge operators for Portnet declarations.
- Communicate with Indonesian counterparts regarding container issues.
- Submit Loading Confirmation reports to shipping liners and freight forwarders.
- Submit Verified Gross Mass (VGM) to the shipping liner's online platform.
- Apply for and process permits using Tradenet/Tradeweb.
- Issue work orders to external and internal contractors.
- Verify billings from shipping lines and contractor invoices.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
