Jobs Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support for incoming enquiries
  • Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
  • Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
  • Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Prior customer service/call centre experience preferred
  • Able to start work immediately
