- Position Title: Regional Sales Director SEA
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $12,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Systems Sales Division in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand).
- Meet sales targets and prepare annual forecasts and budgets for the SEA region.
- Lead, coach, and support Sales Managers and Agent FS representatives.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for South-East Asia.
- Collaborate with our Australian agent for business development of company products and solutions in Australia.
- Communicate with Segment Leaders and internal company functions as per company standards.
- Identify new market opportunities, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Manage and develop customer relationships, discuss future projects, and understand equipment needs.
- Generate leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Review customer terms, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts.
- Follow sales procedures and ensure compliance with customer orders.
- Compile and manage documentation for new projects, ensuring it is available to project management and engineering.
- Plan and control sales and marketing activities, manage resources, and ensure timely reporting.
- Organize and maintain documents, proposals, and electronic files.
- Assist in developing market strategy as per the company’s mid-range plan.
- Gather market information on conditions, requirements, and customer needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain an effective pricing strategy.
- Offer leadership to colleagues and subordinates.
- Report any non-compliance with company policy or procedures to the supervisor or management.
- Regularly use CRM to update accounts, inquiries, quotations, visit reports, and opportunities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous sales experience with process gas compressors or pump products.
- Sales experience with exposure to the Southeast Asian market.
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of the role and the technical systems, applications, and equipment used.
- Background in gas compression, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment, or relevant industry.
- Background in hydrogen energy or renewable energy sector is advantageous.
