Responsibilities
- Consolidate new vehicle registration documents and prepare delivery pack.
- Administer new vehicle registration through LTA link portal and submission for IU commissioning.
- Ensure loan submission document completeness and monitor loan disbursement.
- Process documentation for vehicle trade-in & full settlement.
- Maintain proper recording and filing of vehicle registration documents.
- Support any other administrative tasks delegated by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 “O” level passes, Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Accountability and accuracy in work
- Independent individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude and able to foster cohesive teamwork
- Fresh ITE graduates are welcomed to apply
