Job Description
1. Strategic Project Management from CEO and CFO Offices:
- Ensure our DRIs (project teams) are executing according to plan for our strategic projects, ensuring all KPIs are met, providing the necessary support and oversight to keep projects on track.
- Work along with Project Teams (DRIs) to nfacilitate the development of comprehensive project plans based on project management’s requirements according to best practices, including objectives, work break-down, project team, timelines, resource allocation, risk management and post project completion review.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate project performance against established KPIs, identifying areas where improvement is needed.
2. KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
- Assist the CEO and CFO in setting the clear KPIs for each project along with the Project Teams/ Project Lead, ensuring they align with broader company objectives.
- Track progress against these KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and flag potential risks or issues that could impact KPI achievement, and work with DRIs to develop mitigation strategies and action plan.
3. Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct thorough assessments of project outcomes (project closure reviews) and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements, based on both your assessments and project management science.
- Implement best practices in project management, ensuring continuous improvement in project execution and delivery by the project teams.
4. Issue Resolution and Escalation:
- Proactively identify and address issues that could derail projects, escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with Project Teams to assess the viability of proposed solutions for any escalated issues, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
5. Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential communications.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and DRIs, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objective.
6. Adherence to Project Management Science, also skill upgrade through training and development:
- Utilize project management frameworks and methodologies to structure, manage, and deliver projects effectively.
- Ensure all project management practices adhere to recognized standards, driving efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on the latest developments through trainings in project management science and apply relevant practices to improve project outcomes.
7. Enforce Use of Project Management System (PTS):
- Ensure that all DRIs and relevant stakeholders are consistently using the company’s PTS to track and manage project progress.
- Train and support DRIs in the effective use of PTS, ensuring that all project data is accurately entered and maintained.
- Regularly review PTS data to ensure alignment with project goals and KPIs, and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Use PTS to generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, providing visibility into project status, risks, and achievements
8. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
- Facilitate regular communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and review sessions, ensuring all participants are informed and engaged.
- Ensure that all project-related communication is clear, concise, and accessible to all relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, guiding them toward the successful completion of project objectives.
- Proficiency in developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to ensure the project stays on track.
- Strong financial acumen to manage project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the project remains on course and minimizes potential disruptions.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively relay information to stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Quick thinking and analytical skills to resolve issues that arise during the project and make informed decisions.
- Capability to adjust plans and strategies as needed in response to changing circumstances or project demands.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while keeping the project aligned with its goals.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as an understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
