- Handle the production planning, ingredients & packaging control and supply chain.
- Hands on in the daily operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Implement and maintain good manufacturing standards to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Create realistic workflows for plant operations to run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of production planning and managing production operations experience in a food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
- Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).
