This position reports to the director and interfaces with the Organisation manager is committed to an employee-orientated, high-performance culture that emphasizes, quality, continuous improvement, and ongoing development of a workplace
Individuals to be involved in:
1. Provide professional consultation and advice on beauty treatment to customers, boost and bring sales for the company.
2. Build and maintain customer relationship
3. Handle inquiries from customers
4. Ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
5. Work closely with the team to achieve the sales objectives
6. To follow up and monitor the improvement of the customer’s condition
7. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used
8. Other admin duties assigned by the management
