Job Description

- Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Working Location: Gul Way
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
- Salary: Basic salary Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain stock record in system, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Conform to company’s policies and guidelines
- Supervise and oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment

- A minimum of ITE or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse role, with a background in manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with prior experience in an ERP system (SAP highly preferred).
- Candidate with Forklift license is preferred.
