Job Description

- Position Title: Field Service Engineer
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Transportation Allowance + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct moderate to complex service assignments, diagnose, and repair equipment issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Comprehend system parameters and interactions for process development and pursue extensive electronic-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Meet and exceed customer and company expectations for service support.
- Provide direct equipment support at customer fabrication sites.
- Document detailed technical reports following service assignments.
- Manage and utilize specific jigs during service operations.
- Collaborate with and assist senior engineers in advanced technical tasks.
- Handle the delivery of parts to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
- Execute service, installation, and troubleshooting for both local and international assignments.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and manage records using SAP B1 software.

- Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related.
- Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
- Experience in machine set-up/installation/modification/servicing/troubleshooting/repair.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with standing by/working after working hours.
- Comfortable with travelling.
