You love learning and experimenting with new workflows, organzied and are a team player. You are also as comfortable with the computers and technology as well as getting physical on days when we need to deploy on location. Roles & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking
Provide on-site support for events
Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
Certain administrative work will be expected
Preparing and operating AV equipment including TVs, sound systems, projectors etc.
Set up and tear down of all audio visual equipment in a timely manner.
Coordinate with clients on requirements during and before setup.
Ensuring customers are satisfied with the setup of all equipment.
Routine check and testing of AV equipment before and after each event, and rectify issues.
Warehouse management
Laying of electrical cables and any AV cables.
Assist with logistics set up for all events.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

Prior basic AV or Technical knowledge preferred
Working hours: 5.5 days work week
Fresh graduates from ITE or Polytechnic are welcomed to apply
