Your Responsibilities
The Main purpose of the role is to assist the senior application specialists with the beverage application and prototyping in Singapore and support general laboratory work with the team in Singapore.
- Learn to prepare beverage/food products prototypes for projects
- Assist in laboratory bench work related to product development
- Learn to apply flavors and other raw materials from product range for use in daily project work
- Support various beverage applications, such as juice beverage, alcoholic beverage, carbonated soft drink, near water, (plantbased) dairy, coffee, etc. under request
- Maintain laboratory and healthy stock levels of food ingredients
- Multitask to work on several projects in unison
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Food Science or related field.
- You are enthusiastic about food, healthy nutrition and food trends
- You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course.
- You have great interpersonal skills, and proficient in microsoft office (e.g Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
