Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring planning, organization, and execution are efficient.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and managing project costs.
- Make timely decisions to address site issues and emergencies as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders for project success.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve site and compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Min 3 -5 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
Minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification - Candidate with project reference of School or Church project would be highly advantageous.
