- Record and monitor of claims notifications from clients.
- Negotiate with underwriters to ensure fair and appropriate claim payment made to clients
- Provide advice to clients regarding claims issues and status.
- Facilitate claims settlements between underwriters and clients.
- Check the bills submitted by clients before surveyors'/underwriters' review.
Requirements:
- BCP, PGI and CGI Certified.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Insurance industry.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
