- Provide service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries.
- Performs in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.
- Troubleshoot analyzer and advise customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of the company.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good support.
- Support in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in the analytical instruments.
- Strong knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer.
- Possess own transport, transport allowance will be provided.
