We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a specialization in regional merger and acquisition (M&A) activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities within a specified region. This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and market knowledge to drive growth and expansion initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the designated region healthcare markets. Immediate plan: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess market trends, competitor landscape, and potential target companies.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts or business owners, to source potential deals.
- Prepare and present detailed financial models, valuation analysis, and business cases to support investment decisions.
- Negotiate deal terms and structure agreements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximize value creation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate acquired companies seamlessly into the organization, driving synergy realization and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends that may impact M&A activity within the region.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans, providing insights and recommendations based on market intelligence and analysis.
Requirements
- Min degree in any courses
- Min 3 to 5 years experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) from pharma, med dev, healthcare, chemical industry
Salary range: $7K to $8K
