Responsibilities
- Assist in physical and digital mail management
- Process mail such as opening mail, sorting mail, digitising mail and sending digitised mail to departments.
- Record mail statistics.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department.
Requirements
- A-levels / Diploma
- Experience or interest in document / records / information management is preferred
- Tech Savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
