Responsibilities:
· Report to Property Manager.
· Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the property under your management.
· Assist in the supervision of building repair and improvement works.
· Manage all maintenance issues and attending to tenants’ requests/feedback.
· Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
· Ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations.
· Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the tenants operating within the managed properties.
· Manage all operational matters including Facility and Security of the property
· Oversee the logistic operations for the self-storage facility.
· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or other any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in similar field
• Experience in property and facilities management preferred
• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills
• Experience in using MS Office
