- To submit the following course materials in line with the respective learning outcomes to academic department for approval and printing not later than 10 days prior to module/course commencement date:
i. Module Plan / Lesson Plan
ii. Teaching slides; and\
iii. Learner’s notes.
- To submit the assignment brief of the assigned module/course to academic department for vetting and approval, and printing not later than 10 days prior to module/course commencement date.
- To issue and brief the students on the module’s assignment brief and the due date for submission of assignment within the 1st week of lesson.
- To ensure all student register their attendance on the respective day of lesson.
- To maintain high quality of teaching throughout the delivery of lessons in line with the lesson’s learning outcomes.
- To monitor student’s learning progress and performance, and take appropriate intervention actions such as academic counselling and additional tuition for students who underperform.
- To mark student’s assignments and submit together with the post assessment analysis to academic department within 6 weeks from the final due date of assignment.
- For examination, to mark the student’s examination answer scripts and submit together with the post assessment analysis to academic department within 6 weeks from date of examination.
f. To participate and contribute effectively in the review of curriculum (modules/course) when requested by the academic department.
g. To contribute towards the planning of annual enrichment
activities (in line with module/lesson learning outcomes) and participate actively in the implementation of the related activities.
h. To perform the role of vetter and/or invigilator when appointed by the academic department.
