Job Description
- Pivotal role to expand ASEAN & India market
- Oversee assigned accounts and territories to achieve long-term success.
- Develop new business through existing and potential customer and distributor networks.
· Understanding of technology (MCUs, Memory) pain points and competitive solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact and manage customers' individual needs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, market conditions, and collaborate with FAE and Marketing teams to define and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Meet and exceed annual sales and DWIN targets within assigned accounts or territories, continuously monitoring year-to-date performance.
- Foster, build, and sustain strong, positive, long-lasting customer and distributor relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Consistently track and report on account statuses, prepare sales reports for internal and external use.
- Achieve yearly Market Share Growth.
- Collaborate with Marcom/FAEs and product teams to organize global trade shows/exhibitions to showcase new products and technologies, enhancing brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers and internal teams promptly.
- Be resourceful and proactive, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency.
· Requirement for frequent travel to support customer relationships.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred.
The Successful Applicant
At least a Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, handling regional customers previously.
