Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in recruitment activities.

· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

· Support the onboarding process for new hires, including exit interview and report.

· Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

· Assist in the daily HR operations function and work according to Company policies and SOP.

· Provide support on HR-related events and office administrative.

· Provide support for work passes renewal and restricted work area passes application.

· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.

· Timely process HR invoices and update in the work file.

· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

· Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of office operations.

· Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.


Requirements

· Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 year of generalist experience in HR and administration.

· Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations is an advantage.

· Someone who prefer to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
