- Permanent, Full-time opportunity
- Location: West region, near Tuas Crescent (Transport provided at Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Tuas Crescent)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
- Salary Package: up to $7,500 basic + AWS + VB
The Job:
- Supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, while overseeing security operations.
- Managing a team of 13 operation people including 4 warehouse supervisors.
- Collaborate with the EHS Officer to enforce safety standards and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
- Enhance staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring the safety of all employees.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and leading stock-taking activities.
- Oversee local deliveries to guarantee that products are shipped promptly and efficiently.
- Investigate delivery errors and complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage daily waste disposal, including general and hazardous waste, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
The Talent:
- At least 4 year(s) of warehouse management experience is required for this position.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Materials and inventory management and Oracle system.
