Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Asst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, with a focus on data entry, invoicing, and spreadsheet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fast and accurate data entry into company systems
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
- Manage spreadsheets and ensure data is regularly updated
- Handle billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as required
- Support with basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks using Xero accounting software
- Provide support with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed
- Liaise with internal and external parties for administrative matters
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: O-Level or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fast and accurate in data entry tasks
- Knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus
- Preferably staying in the East for ease of commute
- Able to start immediately or with short notice
- Position is for Local & Singapore PR only.
