We are looking for Customer Service Associate (Call Centre) to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain customer records and documentation systematically, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level / NITEC / Diploma
- Proficient in English
- Min 1 year of experience working in call centre
- Candidates with Order Processing/ Sales Support experience will have an added advantage
