We are looking to hire a 6 month contract payroll assistant to be outsourced to healthcare organizations!
- Gather payroll data such as timesheets and working schedule during payroll-processing period.
- Submit payroll claims and all other manpower grants.
- Perform government paid leave and claim administration.
- Ensure physical and digital employee records (p-file) are properly documented according to audit requirements.
- Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.).
- Provide administration and logistical support for events, and to HR.
- Order get-well hampers, baby gifts, etc.
- Assist with the issuance of staff uniform.
- Any other payroll and benefits administration projects / assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma from a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices, and procedures on payroll and CPF.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Handle frequent interruptions and balance multiple tasks.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and meticulous with an eye for details.
- A good team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
