Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational Sales orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team for product launches
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient inventory is available
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support/sales admin role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
