Admin Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilies:

  • Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
  • Manage work-pass and or related matters i.e application, renewal, cancellation etc.
  • Coordinate and place orders for materials and supplies as per project or operational requirements.
  • Data entry, sorting and filing of documents
  • Welfare and issues of foreign workers

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' level
  • Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points.
  • Willing to work late if require.
