Roles & Responsibilies:
- Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
- Manage work-pass and or related matters i.e application, renewal, cancellation etc.
- Coordinate and place orders for materials and supplies as per project or operational requirements.
- Data entry, sorting and filing of documents
- Welfare and issues of foreign workers
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level
- Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work as a team.
- With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points.
- Willing to work late if require.
