Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing and implementing automation solutions, and providing technical support.
- Providing ongoing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries
- Developing training materials and providing training to customers on the use of automation systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to automation systems, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Assisting customers with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation equipment.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Automation Company
- No experience needed
- Self Confidence, strong analytical mind, able to communicate with various professionals and different site personnels.
