Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Robotic/Automation Machinery Manufacturing sector, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong skills in managing client and partner relationships.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams effectively.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans.
- In-depth understanding of relevant products and sectors.
- Strong financial and business insight to drive decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining products and services clearly to a wide range of audiences, including prospective customers, partners, vendors, and media.
