Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develops Strategic Sales Plans: Leads business development initiatives, driving market expansion, sales growth, and profitability.
  • Executive Client and Partnership Management: Manages high-level relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Optimizes Sales Performance: Analyzes and improves existing sales efforts, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Leads Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborates with marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to execute integrated sales strategies.
  • Identifies Market Opportunities: Conducts market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and opportunities for product or service expansion.
  • Drives Strategic Partnerships: Develops and negotiates partnerships that strengthen the company’s market presence and offerings.
  • Shapes Long-Term Business Strategy: Contributes to the company’s vision and develops long-term plans to achieve sustained growth.
  • Brand and Market Representation: Represents the company at industry events, presentations, and client engagements to promote brand visibility.
  • Leads RFP Strategy: Oversees the response to high-value RFPs, ensuring strategic alignment and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Robotic/Automation Machinery Manufacturing sector, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong skills in managing client and partner relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams effectively.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant products and sectors.
  • Strong financial and business insight to drive decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining products and services clearly to a wide range of audiences, including prospective customers, partners, vendors, and media.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and platforms in your field.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and focus on long-term goals.
  • Experience in generating and managing leads.
