Job description
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on surgery listing and choice of payment.
· Provide financial counselling services: estimated bill sizes.
· Comply with MOH, CPF medical schemes, and private health insurer guidelines for financial counseling.
· Provide pre-op counselling and financial assistance to patients or their next of kin with regards to their scheduled operation, including booking of Operation date and coordinate follow-up required.
· Ensure scheduling of surgical procedures are done in timely, organized and efficient manner.
· Contact patients or their next of kin one day before to reinforce pre-operation requirements.
· Assist and provide administrative support such as phone and email enquiries etc.
Requirements
- Degree and Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ / GCE ‘O' level / Nitec and/or Higher NITEC in any discipline
- Team player with organizing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Vlookup
- Willing to learn and be updated on MOH and various insurance fee policies
- Strong passion to provide excellent service to the patients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable with rotation of sites.
