The role is responsible for the Reward programs and HR administration services for the 11 countries of the Region Ferrero Asia Pacific (FAP), in compliance with Ferrero Group policies and local legal requirements.
The FAP Reward and HR Operation Manager will coordinate 3 Cluster teams supervising compensation, benefits and HR operations for Singapore and SEA, NAS and Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define strategies, policies, remunerative plans, benefit management in alignment with Ferrero Group policies and in collaboration with Area Reward and Region FAP HR Manager
- Responsible for budget and controlling of cost components in terms of salaries, pension plans, STI, LTI, insurance and benefits, and cost of Local People & Organization function, in collaboration with the regional operations team and Finance department
- Manage HR operations and compensation & benefit related activities for the existing and new employees
- Ensure proper payroll management (salaries, social contributions, pension plan, health care insurance, taxes, etc.) and timely administration in compliance with Local labour law, regulations, and individual labour agreement
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of special HR projects related to worktime, administration, reward matters in coordination with the cluster teams, FAP HR Manager and Area Reward
- Manage the relationships with local authorities and government bodies (Social Security organizations, Work Councils, Labour offices, Health / Pension Institutions, Tax Authorities, and others)
- Define standard contract terms and manage the economic offers and contracts with respective teams, analyze new contract compliance in line with Group / Local policies and legal constraints
- Ensure the implementation of local benefit programs (including medical coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, pension plan, etc.)
- Act as a reference point for all labor legal and fiscal issues, manage the fiscal assistance provided to the employees by the tax external advisors
- Manage seconded personnel, in collaboration with the Group Expat Unit and Region HR Manager by providing induction and assistance in respective matters (administration, payroll, tax, visa, relocation, family support and others)
- Manage relationships with external providers (legal, payroll, visa, relocation, etc.) to maximize service level; manage respective contracts in collaboration with General Purchasing function
- Provide efficient management of SAP HR and other office systems (ex: work attendance monitoring, Reward tools) to manage the correct allocation of resources and related calculations
- Ensure compliance and contribute to the management of the activities for internal and external audit
- Manage timely and accurate reporting and analysis on the respective matters
- Monitor and analyses local market trends and evaluates external competitiveness to drive the local Reward strategy
- Manage the assigned team members, their competence and careers development and empowerment in line with Ferrero Group values and principles
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in the HR administration, payroll, and rewards with a good knowledge of the legal principles and requirements
- International experience and/or experience in multinational, matrix organization is a plus
- Detail and result oriented candidate with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- High process and project management ability, adaptability and flexibility, hands-on approach is required
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, proactivity, effective time management with high adaptability to changing environment
- Advanced communication and influencing skills, stakeholder management, cross-teams collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, SAP HR proficiency
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other language is considered a plus
