Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain documents, such as policies, procedures, incident reports, and records.
- Assist with data entry, report compilation, and creating presentations
- Support compliance efforts by managing documents, keeping records, and tracking deadlines.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Help arrange training sessions, keep training records, and monitor employee certifications.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Tertiary education or equivalent required.
- Able to start immediately
