Responsibilities
Support capability building of partners in using the client assessment tool, through:
- Providing administrative support for sector trainings
- Administering vignette assessments to certify users.
- Developing a training video
- Providing ad-hoc support for queries raised.
- Conduct inter-rater reliability tests to support validation of the assessment tool.
- Perform data collection, entry and coding including liaising and working with partners to analyse data.
- Support other capability building initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work.
- Basic knowledge in Excel.
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and possess good communication and engagement skills.
- Any prior working experience involving client assessment tools is welcomed.
