Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee the preparation of short-term and long-term budgets, treasury functions, and management of internal and external funds to effectively manage financial planning and accounting practices.
- Control overhead costs and expenses.
- Established necessary procedures and systems to maintain accurate records, ensuring adequate accounting and financial control and services.
- Preparation of budgets, review of budget proposals and necessary supporting documentation and justification.
- Review financial data for accuracy and ensure timely submission of internal and external financial and statutory reports.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee internal and external audit activities, implementing policies and procedures with a focus on internal controls.
- All other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualifications in Accountancy.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Strong leadership traits and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
