Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions at Hospitals, Clinics, and Old Age Nursing Homes. Installation and commissioning of devices for Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems (Intercom, FDAS, ACS, BMS, BGM/PA, Nurse Call, CCTV, Alarm System, etc.). Coordinate site works with sub-contractors and customers. Provide project site and oversee on-site support services for systems testing, commissioning, and client training. Attend to any emergency service calls during and after office hours and on public holidays as part of a weekly standby duty rotation. Standby 24/7 Duty on a weekly schedule.
Qualifications:
· Minimum NTC2 / ITE or Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering.
· Advantage to have experience in site coordination, preventive maintenance (PM), and installation works.
· Advantage to have experience in service and facility maintenance for hospitals, nursing homes, and industrial sites.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in English language to communicate with clients
