Job Description
· Perform duties in various sections of the company’s operations
· Acquire knowledge of the company’s outlet operation by rotating in each position;
· Oversee stock management and coordinate supply orders
· Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management.
· Monitor and foster service quality and customer satisfaction
· Ensure outlet and equipment are in working condition
· Achieved sales target and KPIs given by the management
· Provide timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements:
· Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
· Successful applicants will have the opportunity to assign assignments at oversea branches.
