Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the stable operation and security of internal computer software systems and network connections.
- Build, configure, monitor, and maintain network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, leased lines, and ISP connections. Diagnose issues with these components or network-attached computers.
- Provide hardware and software support to users, including troubleshooting network and PC problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of server and network equipment.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for project implementation and support.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in managing and maintaining data network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows, virtual machines (VM), and cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Azure).
- Basic skills in scripting and programming.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong service orientation.
