Working Day: 5 Day | Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Labrador Park
Salary: $3,000 - $5,800
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Min 2 years of relevant experience of QS in ACMV system
Knowledge in AutoCAD.
Preferably with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in ACMV system installation.
Sound knowledge in ACMV System, Contract’s Law, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, would be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
ACMV System’s contracts administration and documentation.
Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variation orders, preparation of payment claims submissions and final accounts.
Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary for tender /project costing.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
