Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, CCTV and network infrastructure.
- Oversee and troubleshoot WiFi connectivity and network issues.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and manage user access and security.
- Provision new computers and set up hardware and software for employees.
- Managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with corporate IT on inter-office projects, ensuring technology alignment and efficiency.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, or Cisco certification.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and access control management.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken command of English and Mandarin-Chinese languages at a business level.
