Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance on all legal matters and issues.
Draft, review, and update templates for legal documents, contracts, forms, and agreements.
Prepare, review, and negotiate various agreements, including facility letters, security documents, finance-related contracts, service agreements, and supplier agreements.
Conduct legal research and assess the impact of legal developments as needed.
Offer timely and reliable legal advice and guidance on legal and regulatory issues.
Manage complaints, disputes, litigation cases, and other legal-related matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and oversee the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness of external legal services.
Maintain and update the legal database, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Plan and manage internal rules and decision-making processes of governing bodies.
Assist in the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports on legal matters for senior management.
Identify and recommend areas for improvement within the organization, providing suggestions to senior management.
Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or senior management.
