Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a HR Manager (Retail Industry):
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full range of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage manpower sourcing and planning, handle work pass and quota issues for foreign talent, and conduct job postings and interviews.
- Manage the entire performance appraisal process, including overseeing annual increments, promotions, and succession planning programs.
- Review compensation and benefits programs, and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy guidance aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with management and business units to improve the work environment, strengthen employee relationships, drive engagement, and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or partner role, with experience in payroll, preferably within the retail or service industry.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Basic Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
