What You Will Do:
- Have an in-depth understanding of the business and team operation of our global game publishing and functional (operational) departments, and provide practical and valuable services and support for these teams.
- Establish effective communication channels and manage, or bridge gaps that arise due to miscommunication between teams.
- Work closely with business teams to prevent and mitigate potential or existing problems that arose during the implementation of new systems, policies, processes and tools; propose solutions and support implementation.
- Provide constant employee engagement and decrease voluntary turnover by identifying and implementing effective problems and changes by working closely with the respective leaders; help maintain a positive work environment and strong company culture.
- Partner with other team members in our functional team to ensure that the business teams are able to carry out their day to day work smoothly and improve existing policies to maintain a positive and competitive working environment.
- Support performance management, leading calibration sessions, group specific training and messaging, and coaching leaders and managers.
- Working with other HR functions, wear multiple hats to help determine HR initiatives including but not restricted to L&D, comp and benefits, recruitment, employer branding, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors' degree or above with more than 7 years of experience as a HRBP in an internet or gaming company, with a good understanding of how a global publishing team works.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: take ownership of the BP role and have a sense of responsibility and pride to assist the business teams to achieving greater success.
- Highest level of integrity with a confirmed ability to gain trust from all levels of the organization; deeply understand real business needs.
- Experience supporting and influencing senior leaders to make better people decisions that achieve business results.
- Demonstrated initiative in a fast-moving environment; proactive problem solver, roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude.
- Working experience in game planning, operation, PM and other positions is preferred.
