Position : Senior Key Account Manager (Oil and Gas / Energy/Marine Logistics)
Our client, a progressive logistics company is looking to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibility:
· Supporting customers in business issues and queries to ensure customer requirements / KPIs can be met.
· Coordinate with internal team to execute the requirements of the customer.
· Proactively identify cost savings and process initiatives that would derive benefit for the customer.
· Support/execute annual account strategy plans to jointly contribute in the development of the account(s).
· Focal point in supporting client’s pricing requests/queries to ensure timely response to customer and increase customer satisfaction.
· Analyze reports to inform risk/growth opportunities for internal and external parties to enable them to adjust activities and make informed decisions.
· Support, administer and monitor processes through development of business key performance indicators with customer to ensure continuity in relations and processes.
· Cement strategic partnership with assigned strategic accounts
· Account Management, identifying new biz opportunities and grow existing biz with strategic client
· Focal point for presentations / commercial proposal to clients
· Developing industry solutions.
· Participations in RFQs.
· Taking key lead in KPI reviews, business solutions, business implementation, SOP implementation and process improvement initiatives / integration.
· Strategize pipeline in tandem to corporate objectives
· Orchestrate continuous process to augment business growth and ensuring clients service requirements are met
Requirements:
· Preferably more than 4-6 years experiences in the logistics / freight forwarding industry in a customer service/ key account management environment.
· Knowledge of Freight operations and excel at Client Key Account Management in the Oil and Gas/ EPC/ Marine logistics segment
· Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes.
· Experience in regional client mgt.
