Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR function.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
- To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.
- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc.
- On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.
- Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.
- Organize corporate events.
- Review and update HR Policies.
- Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.
- Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
- Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.
- General employees’ personal abilities, reasonable arrangements for the increase or decrease in the company’s internal human resources, etc.
- Responsible for the company's confidentiality and legal affairs, and the safekeeping and correct use of important company documents and seals.
- Responsible for the establishment of company positions, assisting various departments of the company to effectively develop and utilize manpower to meet the company's operational and management needs.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
