Job Description
. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring regular
communication and understanding their needs to foster loyalty and
long-term engagement.
. Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer
inquiries.
. Prepare quotation for customers.
. Resolve customer complaints and feedback to customers as soon as
possible.
. Ensure smooth processing of customer orders and timely delivery.
. Maintain accurate customer records.
. Provide reports to management on customer satisfaction, issues
resolved, feedback received, to help improve overall customer
relations strategies.
. Prepare reports for sales forecast.
. Perform sales support related tasks.
. Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing,
operations and purchasing to enhance customer relationship.
. Travel overseas for exhibition if needed.
. Spearhead to set up a customer relations team when business
expands
Job Qualifications
. Polytechnic Diploma in Business or equivalent
. 1 to 2 years of related working experience
. Strong communication & co-ordination skills
. Able to work independently with initiative and self-motivation
. Excellent leadership skill
